UK Mainland Delivery

White Knight Appliances offer delivery to the UK Mainland Only,  excluding Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Offshore Islands and areas accessed by Boat or Ferry.

The cost of delivery is included in all the prices stated on the website. Surcharges may apply to some areas. Where a surcharge applies, you will be given the option to pay the surcharge or cancel your order. White Knight Appliances will not deliver outside of the UK Mainland.

Wherever possible, It is the intention of White Knight Appliances to deliver the following items in the timescales listed below.

  • Full Size Tumble Dryers, Dishwashers, Washing Machines, Hostess Trolleys – Within 3 – 7 working days from the date the Order Confirmation is sent. Our carriers will aim to call on the number provided at checkout 24 hours prior to drop off to book your delivery.
  • Spin Dryers, Side Servers, Hot Plates/Warmers and other small items – Within 2 – 3 working days from the date the Order Confirmation is sent. The carriers will not call prior to drop off. If you are out at the time of delivery a card will be left. Please call the number on the card to rearrange delivery.
  • Compact Dryers – Within 2 – 3 working days from the date the Order Confirmation is sent. The carriers will send an email to the email address provided at checkout informing you of your delivery date. If you have any problems, please respond to the carriers email.

Whilst it is our intentions to maintain these delivery times, sometimes there are elements which are out of our control. We offer approximates dates for delivery, and shall not be held liable for any loss, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by you, due to a delay in the delivery of the goods. Do not book any fitting of products prior to having the product in your possession. Services other than those offered by White Knight Appliances, cannot be reimbursed.

All deliveries are to a ground floor only – Carriers may not bring the item inside your property . Carriers are not insured to take any product inside a property, beyond the door threshold or up stairs. All products require a signature upon delivery. Please take time to check your goods carefully. By signing for the goods you are accepting responsibility for them, acknowledging they have been received and are in good condition. If you have any concerns over the condition of the goods you have received, write this on the delivery note prior to signing, or call our Sales Team on 01422 524118 White Knight Appliances will not be held liable for any damages, including marks, scratches and dents which have not been noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery.

Where a delivery cannot be made within 30 days of purchase, providing reasonable attempts have been made by the customer to receive the goods, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
