All products on the White Knight Appliances website come with a full 12 month Manufacturers Guarantee. We recommend you register your guarantee upon receipt of your item. Your guarantee is and addition to your purchase and does not affect your statutory right. Your guarantee will come included in your product and is valid from the Delivery date.
- The guarantee is only applicable if you have proof of purchase, we email receipts and keep a log on file for 1 year so even if you lose your receipt we can still find you if purchased from us.
- The product must be used in the UK
- The product must be used in a normal domestic purpose. Please note, the products we sell are not for commercial use, or for use outside in outbuilding such as garages and outhouses, or areas where the temperature falls below five degrees.
- The guarantee does not cover or include accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse or foreign objects.
- The customer must not attempt to repair the product themselves. Any attempts will void the guarantee.
- Access to a nationwide network of approved engineer in the event of a fault or problem.
